  • Texas Medical Board (TMB) Standards: All diagnostic procedures are performed under the general supervision of a Texas-licensed physician. Our mobile operations adhere to TMB Title 22, Part 9, ensuring all imaging meets state diagnostic quality standards.
  • Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Certification: As a portable provider of X-ray and ultrasound services, we maintain active registration and comply with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) requirements for mobile health units, including equipment calibration and safety inspections.
  • ARDMS & Credentials: In alignment with Texas healthcare quality mandates, all imaging is performed by sonographers holding active credentials from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • Local Houston Ordinances: Our mobile units comply with all City of Houston commercial vehicle and emergency roadside safety requirements to ensure 24/7/365 availability without service interruption.
  • Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) Compliance: As a Texas-based entity, we fulfill all “Data Controller” obligations, ensuring that professional and facility data collected for business purposes is protected against unauthorized access and is never sold to third-party brokers
